RETURNS
You have the legal right to cancel or withdraw from an order within 7 days. If, during this time, you decide for any reason that you no longer wish to keep a product, you may notify us of your decision to cancel the order & receive a refund. Our return policy lasts 7 days from the date you receive your purchase. If more than 7 days have passed, we are unfortunately unable to offer a refund or exchange.
To qualify for a return, the item must be unused, in the same condition in which it was received, and returned in its original packaging. A receipt or other proof of purchase is required to complete your return.
Non-returnable items include:
1. Special Order items (products ordered in quantities greater than our available stock) or Customised Orders.
ORDER CANCELLATION
The right to cancel an order does not apply to products that are custom-made or personalised according to your specifications.
Images, colours, features, and sizes of our products are shown for illustrative purposes only. We make every effort to display them as accurately as possible; however, the technical characteristics, display settings, and configuration of your device may affect how these details appear. Occasionally, the information on the website may include typographical or visual errors, inaccuracies, or omissions relating to product descriptions, pricing, or availability. Please note that product prices and availability may change at any time. If a pricing error is discovered after your order has been confirmed, we will contact you to either reconfirm your order at the correct price or cancel it. If we are unable to reach you, the order will be cancelled.

You may not reproduce, publish, distribute, display, modify, create derivative works from, or otherwise use any of the Content, in whole or in part, without prior written consent from AMALFICA or the relevant content provider. However, AMALFICA permits you to view, download, and print pages from the website solely for your own personal, non-commercial use. AMALFICA reserves the right to assert ownership over all Content displayed on the website at any time & to object to any use, distortion, or modification of such content for any purpose.
REFUNDS (IF APPLICABLE)
Once we receive & inspect your returned item, we will send you an email confirming its arrival. We will also inform you whether your refund has been approved or rejected. If your refund is approved, it will be processed and a credit will be issued to your original method of payment within 7 days.
LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS (IF APPLICABLE)
If you have not received your refund, please begin by checking your bank account again. Next, contact your credit card company, as it may take some time before the refund is officially posted. You should also contact your bank, since additional processing time may be required before a refund appears. If you have completed all of the above steps and still have not received your refund, please contact us at admin@amalfica.com.au
EXCHANGES (IF APPLICABLE)
We are happy to replace items if they are defective or damaged upon arrival. A photo must be attached once you email us (within 24 hours) and after inspection, we will replace the item free of charge.
SHIPPING
You’ll be responsible for the return shipping costs, & these costs are non-refundable. If your return is approved for a refund, the return shipping amount will be deducted from your refund. Shipping times for exchanges can vary depending on where you live, so thank you in advance for your patience. For your peace of mind, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or adding shipping insurance. While we’ll do everything we can on our end, we can’t guarantee that returned items will reach us without these precautions.
